In a momentous stride towards academic excellence and legacy, the Department of MA- Human Resource Management was commenced on 26th July 2023. The Master in Human Resource Management, a new course initiated on the eve of the Platinum Jubilee, marks a significant addition to the academic offerings. Students enrolled in this program undergo comprehensive training, including internships, webinars featuring speakers from different countries, and outbound training sessions aimed at enhancing their personality development. This holistic approach reflects the commitment to providing students with a well-rounded education and exposure to global perspectives in the field of Human Resource Management.

As part of the Continuous Industry-Institute Interface Programme, the post graduate students of Human Resource Management undertake internship simultaneously with their curriculum. MA-HRM includes practical exercise, case studies, projects, industrial visit, outbound training that stimulate real world HR challenges, enhancing students ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
